- Customer satisfaction. I believe that the goal of custom work is to provide what the customer is asking for. As such, I place a high priority on listening well when I visit with potential clients.
- Design strength and years of experience help when considering a new project. I enjoy the process that starts with simple or complex ideas and taking them to paper, to workbench, and finally a complete project.
- Service friendly. I believe that to stay in business and do well, kind, honest, timely, and uncompromising service are essential.
